What's included in the course fee?
- Accommodation in a 4-star hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, twin sharing (Check in May 6 & Check out May 10), with daily buffet breakfast and Wi-Fi access
- Upgrade to solo accommodation has an additional charge of USD 300 (International) / Php 15,000 (Local), subject to availability
- Attendance to all 4 days of the course, with lunch, snacks, and coffee
- Invitation to the Welcome Dinner (May 7) and Networking Dinner (May 9)
- Half-day walking tour of Intramuros with refreshments (May 8)
All course participants will also have FREE REGISTRATION at the hands-on workshop organized by the Division of Neurosurgery of Philippine General Hospital.
Course Fee Exclusions:
- Transportation from the airport to the hotel venue and back
- Pre-course meals (May 6, Wednesday)
- Dinner during the free evening (May 8, Friday)

COURSE RESERVATION
To ensure meaningful interaction among the faculty and the participants, registration slots are STRICTLY LIMITED. Your registration will be confirmed as soon as your payment is verified. Slots are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The course fee must be settled in full to complete the registration. Cancellations by the participant will be subject to the following terms:
- On or before February 28: 75% refund of course fee
- March 1 to March 31: 50% refund of course fee
- April 1 onwards: No refunds
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing
- Failure to attend the course without prior written cancellation ("no show") is not eligible for a refund
- Registration is transferrable to another participant from the same country at no additional cost
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
To obtain the Certificate of Attendance, the participant must:
- Attend all four days of the course, including the hands-on workshop
- Complete the course evaluation form
Participation in the social activity is optional but highly encouraged.
